The service was excellent, however I didn't got comfirmation if the reservation was accepted or confirmed. That would be a great improvement so you re sure the reservation is confirmed.
Very difficult to order a taxi via the app... No status of your order (did V-Tax receive my order?, no order confirmation,...) However, it is helpful to see how the taxi is approaching on the ordered time...
Great app, use it a lot. Lost one star because it needs a way to pay in-app with credit card and needs to make a price prediction.
Works fine and the taxi service is on time! You need to show the price of the journey before I book the trip like uber or grab!
